 The Company

The company BENIMO-VILLAS, S.L. was founded in 1974 and was the pioneer as a foreign owned estate agency in the region of Benissa. It is conveniently situated, approximately mid way between Alicante and Valencia airports, on the main coast road which connects with Moraira and Calpe, and is close to the renowned Baladrar cove area. The main activity of the company, which is family owned and managed, is the buying and selling of property within the Benissa coastal area, and, because of its location, also in the areas of Teulada (Moraira) and Calpe as well as countryside close to the coast. But they also undertake construction work, letting of properties and service around the house.

Their experienced, multilingual staff is there to assist clients with all aspects of buying, selling and owning properties in Spain. Their level of experience in these sectors is significant, arising not only from their long period of trading, but also from the professionalism of the owners and staff. Furthermore, it is the large number of clients who have become friends and whom endorse and recommend them, whom are without doubt the best references for prospective new clients of BENIMO-VILLAS.
