About us - Benimo Villas

Since 1994 Benimo-Villas has been in Swiss hands, starting with Karin's parents. In 2000 Karin joined the project and took over the management in 2017. During the more than 20 years of activity, she has gained a lot of experience and has taken the profession to another level. The desire to provide the best service to buyers and sellers has led her to continue her education in all aspects of the business.

In 2021, Karin has been joined by Katrien Lambrechts. This was a well thought strategic move to serve buyers faster in the very important North of Europe.

Katrien spends half her time in Belgium, promoting properties to potential buyers, and the other half of her time showing those buyers properties here in the Costa Blanca.

And of course, Karin Mühlemann is registered in the Registry of Real Estate Agents of the Valencian Community with the registration number RAICV 0394.

The continuous change in the real estate market and the desire to improve the way she works has led her to train with SIRA, and obtain the CRS (Council of Residential Specialist) agent designation. They have taught her that the best way to give a personalised and complete service is to work EXCLUSIVELY. Only in this way can Karin offer her clients complete dedication and attention to both the seller and the buyer.

As professional ethics is a very important factor for Karin, both with regard to her clients and her colleagues in the competition, she has had herself REALTOR® certified. REALTOR® agents are obliged to follow a strict code of ethics in their work and behaviour towards clients and partners.

Collaboration between colleagues is so important to her that she is a founding member of the leading real estate association in Moraira. MLS:03724, which facilitates collaboration in a transparent way between its members, giving the seller the security of receiving exclusive treatment and the buyer the security of making a secure purchase.

She also joined APIAL (Association of Real Estate Agents and Estate Agents of the Province of Alicante) associated nº A-031, which is constituted under the umbrella of the Official College of Real Estate Agents of Alicante, to receive first-hand training and information from the sector, so that she is always up to date with legislative changes.
